Support

Something broken, something unclear, or something missing — this page says where to write and what happens next.

Write to us

hello@kaiku.tech reaches a person. We read mail on business days and answer within one of them; if an answer will take longer than that, we say so rather than going quiet.

Tell us the address of your workspace, what you did, what happened and what you expected instead. A screenshot saves a round trip. If it is about one issue or one page, its link is worth more than a description of it.

From inside your workspace

Signed in, the account menu in the top right has «Support». A request opened there arrives with your workspace and your account already attached, so nobody has to ask which company is writing.

The iOS and Android apps

The apps are free companions to a workspace you already have. They open the same data as the web: your issues, the boards, comments, questions addressed to you, and notifications.

To sign in, the app asks for your workspace address first — the one in front of kaiku.tech — and then for your account. There is no sign-up in the apps: a workspace is created on the web, or a colleague invites you to theirs.

If sign-in fails, check the workspace address first: it is the most common cause, and the app cannot tell a mistyped address from a company that has not been created.

Your account and your data

How to take your data out, how long we keep it and how to delete an account or a whole workspace is written on the privacy page, in the section on deleting an account.

If you cannot reach the person who owns your workspace, write to hello@kaiku.tech from the address the account uses.

Security

Found a vulnerability — write to hello@kaiku.tech with «security» in the subject, and please give us time to fix it before telling anyone else. We answer such letters first.
