Partner programme

Any owner of a Kaiku workspace. There is nothing to apply for: open Settings, then Billing, and press “Get the partner link”. The link belongs to the workspace, not to you personally, and it stays the same.

A company counts when it is created by somebody who signed up through your link, no more than 90 days after they signed up. That is decided once, when the company is created, and is never moved to another partner afterwards.

These do not count: the members of your own workspace; people at your company’s own email domain (a public mailbox such as Gmail is not a company’s domain); and somebody who already had an account before following your link.

20% of what the company pays us net — the amount paid, less the payment provider’s or app store’s fee and less taxes such as VAT, which were never ours. A refund to the company is taken off in the same way.

For every payment in the company’s first 12 months, counted from its first payment, whichever plan it is on and however it pays.

Only payments in US dollars and the dollar coins USDT and USDC count for now. A payment in another currency is not converted and earns nothing.

A payment counts 30 days after it was made, so that a refund within that time is not credited first and taken back later. The credit reaches your balance within the hour after that.

The balance is spent by your workspace’s own renewals, the way any other balance on it is. If your workspace pays by card, it comes off the card’s next charge, up to that charge’s amount, a few days before the renewal. If it pays through an app store, those renewals cannot draw on the balance — the billing page says so while there is credit waiting.

What the programme pays is credit on your workspace’s balance. It is not paid out as money, cannot be moved to another workspace, and follows the refunds section of the terms of service like any other balance.

On the billing page: how many companies came through your link, how many of them pay, how much has been credited and how much is still on its way. Never who they are — that is theirs to tell you.

Recommend Kaiku the way you would recommend anything else you use. Do not send unsolicited mail with the link, do not advertise on the name Kaiku or present yourself as us, and do not create companies of your own to earn from them.

We may decline to count a company, and we may close the programme for a particular partner. Then new companies stop counting and nothing more is credited, and what is already on the balance stays there.

We may change the programme or end it. A change applies to payments made after it is published on this page, and credit already on a balance is never taken back. Questions go to hello@kaiku.tech.
