Billing and read-only
The trial, what happens when a paid period ends, and how long a workspace is kept after that.
The trial and the paid plan
| Trial | Paid | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | free | $7 per user per month, or $6 with your own AI key instead of ours |
| Length | 30 days | a paid period, paid in advance |
| Users | up to 2 | as many as are paid for |
| Projects | 1 | up to 100 |
| Issues and wiki pages, together | 20,000 | 20,000, then $20 a month per further 20,000 |
| Attached files | 1 GB | 20 GB |
| AI features | on your company’s own AI key only | included — or, at $6, on your own key only |
An owner or admin adds the company’s own Anthropic or DeepSeek key in Settings → AI; the provider then bills you directly. On the trial, agents on your own key cost nothing. You can move between the two team plans in Settings → Billing in the middle of a period: moving to the cheaper one puts what is left of the difference on your balance, and moving back is an invoice for the rest of the period.
Payment is in USDT or USDC, from Settings → Billing. Nothing is ever charged without an action by you: there is no stored card and no standing order. See the terms for the rest.
When a period ends unpaid
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| 7, 3 and 1 days before the end | The workspace owner gets an email: the period is ending, and payment is not automatic. |
| The next 7 days | Grace: everything keeps working as before. Reminders again at the start, on the fourth day and on the sixth. |
| After those 7 days | Read-only. Everything can still be read and exported; nothing can be changed — such a request gets a 402. AI features are off. |
| 12 months later | The workspace is erased. Warnings go to the owner 60, 30 and 7 days before; the date is also shown in Settings → Billing. |
Paying at any point before the erasure brings the workspace back at once, with everything in it. If the period had already ended, the new one starts on the day of payment.
There is no separate email at the moment the workspace becomes read-only. The reminders before it are the warning.
When a limit is reached
- Issues and pages past the included amount switch nothing off. You have 7 days, with reminders, to buy another pack; after that the workspace becomes read-only as above, and nothing is deleted.
- Projects and users past the plan are refused at once: the project is not created, the invitation is not sent.
- Attached files: the owner is told at 90% and at 100%. A full workspace refuses new files with a 413.
Backups
The database is copied every night, encrypted. Copies are kept for up to six months and exist to recover the whole service after a failure: they cannot bring back one deleted project or page, so do not count on them for that — export instead. Data erased from a workspace leaves the copies as they age out.
